Spring i tht bet eaon of the year. The weather get warmer and warmer. My cla i'amate and I took a one-day ighteeing around our city.The cene wa pretty. But when we aw the river along our city, I felt very orry, and thoughit a lot.

春天是一年中最好的季节，天气变得越来越暖和。我和我的同学们进行了一次环城一日游，所到之处景色宜人。但当我看到沿着城区流过的河流时，我感到很惋惜，想了很多。

With the development of modern agriculture and indutry, more and more wate water i being poured into river. It ha caued eriou pollution. The river i becoming o dirty that no living thing can live in it. The river i giving off a terrible mell.

随着现代工农业的发展，越来越多的污水排进河里，河水被严重污染。河水变得如此的肮脏以致于生物不能在里面生活。河水发出难闻的气味。

We make an urgent appeal that meaure hould be taken to cope with the ituation. Our government hould tart building variou facilitie uch a ewage treatment!plant and encourage cientit to work out more and better way to reduce the pollution of water.
